Chicago Personal Training (CPT) has a diverse client base, including athletes, weekend warriors, baby-boomers, post-rehab and everyone in-between with a desire for improved fitness. Chicago Personal Training can help you improve your fitness abilities to enable you to enjoy an active lifestyle. CPT can get you into the best shape of your life. We can guide you in setting and accomplishing individual health goals, design programs to focus on sport specific skills or work on the basics to improve stamina, strength and stability for injury prevention, as well as designing programs for a variety of specific health conditions.

All programs start with a fitness evaluation. This becomes the road map for your fitness programs. No matter what your objective, your routines will always be structured and adjusted around your time frame to exercise and goals. Once you achieve your goal then you set new goals or work on maintaining or improving on your new successes.

Private appointment times are scheduled at your convenience and at a location most accessible to you; at home, the gym, your office or a private training facility. All training programs are designed individually for your specific needs.
